We are excited to invite you to register for the Roseman Dental Patient Access Portal, the clinical practice of Roseman University College of Dental Medicine. If you are a new or existing patient of Roseman Dental, please call 801-878-1200 to gain access to the Patient Portal.
Once registered, you will be able to view your individual walkout statement after each appointment, verify your personal information, and view and confirm your upcoming appointments. Once you call and request access, a Roseman Dental Representative will provide you a temporary username, password and instructions on how to set up your patient access within 1 to 2 business days.
